Subject Leadership is a programme organised by the English Language Teaching Centre, Malaysia. It was introduced in 2012 as a pilot project specifically for English Panel Heads from primary schools across Malaysia. The aim of this programme is to strengthen the role of English Panel Heads as instructional leaders. There are 4 courses under Subject Leadership programme, namely RELTmax,School-Based Assessment, Coaching and Mentoring, and RELTmax Plus.
There are many Leaders i have seen but i have never seen such type of Leadership in my life
